Wexe2x80x99re seeking a meticulous Internal Sales Controller based in Howick, Kwazulu-Natal. Overseeing customer orders from entry to dispatch.

• Grade 12.
• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Sales Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within sales in a Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft package.
• Experience in Accpac or Business Central would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Actioning incoming orders from customers, raise internal order confirmations on the system and copies to be filed in main pack including costing sheets and RFQxe2x80x99s.
• Complete checklists with the relevant information (indent no/M.O and for accuracy).
• Packs to be filed pending final transfer from production when order is complete, and the stock is invoiced. Stock can only be involved on the day or the day before for loading so needs to work out details of consolidated loads if export orders.
• Invoice and delivery documents to be given to FGS Controller for them to arrange dispatch.
• Completed packs to be archived in Indent number order sequence and filed on one drive as well.
• Assist in ant problem solving and assist with reporting for management.
• Daily reviewing and actioning of customers open shipment report.
• Weekly reviewing of customer backorders vs outstanding purchase order reports.
• Analysing and actioning the ageing reports.
• Commercial and tax invoices to be generated once orders are ready for shipment.
• SADC and/or MSDS documents need to be prepared where necessary.
• Assist with requesting of new products codes if required.
• Customer service with regards to but not limited to, outstanding orders, queries, pricing delivery, invoices and order confirmations.
• Monitoring of production of customersxe2x80x99 outstanding orders with the Planning Department.
• Check and verify pricing on the purchase orders received from customers before generating orders confirmations.
• Ensuring that all invoice targets are met.
