Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide sales, administrative, and manufacturing assistance.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients (car dealerships).
- Maintain existing business.
- Introduction of new products.
- Assist with product research & development.
- Calling on customers/dealers to sign them up and check on any sales needs.
- Measuring of vehicles as needed for production.
- Ensure product stock is kept at required stock minimum.
- Ensure product stock area is kept neat and tidy.
- Ad hoc tasks supporting the management team in the factory.
- Processing and tracking orders.
- Prepare and generate quotes.
- Checking up on payments.
- Client liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Liaise with marketing consultants to ensure reviews, photos, etc handed over for marketing purposes.
- Assist with social media management.
- Ad hoc Administrative tasks.
- Matric certificate essential, tertiary qualification beneficial
- Min 1-2 years experience in Sales related role
- Strong customer service attitude
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Organised with strong admin skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Rational decision-making skills
- Computer literate
- Experience/flair for marketing and/or social media beneficial
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Team player
- Drivers licence
