Job Description
Qualifications
- Matric
- Minimum of 3 months of Internal Sales experience in the steel industry
- Must have sound working knowledge of MS Word and Excel and Pastel
- Steel Product knowledge advantageous
- Handling incoming calls
- Liaising with customers
- Discussing products
- Processing of orders
- Expediting and following up delivery of customer material
- Handling enquiries
- Relationship building with new customers
- Submit quotes for customers
- Carry out any other reasonable instructions not listed
