Requirements

• Matric
• Pump sales experience (non-negotiable)
• computer literate
• English & afrikaans speaking (extra African language an advantage)

• Answering telephone within a short time of contact from outside and assist professionally.
• Assistance with pricing quotes, promotions, and other negotiations
• Explaining product features
• Helping Clients with selection of pumps
• Provide any information that clients require in the following: pricing and availability.
• Regular follow-up and invoicing of new orders
• Solutions to any customer complaints and possible issues (stock being delivered incorrectly, referral of repairs and stock to be returned etc)
• Continuous personal growth and knowledge flexibility
• Teamwork to ensure orders can go out as soon as possible.
• Ensure that quotes are communicated effectively to Clients.
• Responding to emails timeously
• Following up on overdue orders, quotations, and deliveries
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure stock requirements are communicated and met to have readily available for clients.
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly or report to the respective manager to address.
