Job Description
Minimum Education: MatricMinimum Experience: 2 - 3 years experience within the steel and / or weighbridge industryDuties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide assistance to the sales team when needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for product information, availability, and pricing in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, agreements, and related documents, ensuring that they are properly filed and organised
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are available to fulfill customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams to replenish stock as needed
- Prepare and send price quotations to potential customers based on their requirements and pricing guidelines
