Job Description
Job Title: Internal Sales RepresentativeOur client based in Germiston, Gauteng, is seeking an organized and skilled Internal Sales Representative. The ideal candidate is a mature, detail-oriented professional with strong numerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and previous experience in the steel industry (preferred).Requirements:
- Matric certification (Grade 12)
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans is a plus)
- Strong numerical skills and comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Well-spoken and confident when communicating with clients over the phone
- Previous experience in the steel industry is advantageous
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Own reliable transport is essential
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships over the phone, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Process sales orders and handle all administrative tasks related to sales transactions.
- Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets and improve sales performance.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including pricing, invoicing, and documentation.
