Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) required; relevant diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration is advantageous.
Minimum of 3-5 years of internal sales experience, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of steel products, grades, and applications.
Computer knowledge (MS Office, D365 Advantageous)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist in stock control by monitoring inventory levels and product availability. Ability to source stock & nonstock items from various suppliers.
Coordinate deliveries to meet customers requirements.
Experience in internal sales, steel industry
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide quotations and follow up on inquiries.
Manage customer accounts, including order tracking and resolving issues.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
