Internal Sales Representative (Steel/Roofing Background)We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative with a steel or roofing background. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and driving sales while maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.Prepare quotes, invoices, and orders.Coordinate with warehouse for timely deliveries.Achieve sales targets and identify upsell opportunities.Maintain customer records and resolve queries.Key Requirements:Matric (Grade 12); Sales/Marketing qualification a plus.2+ years experience in steel or roofing sales.Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
