Job Description
Our client - a global market leader specialised in designing and producing solutions for outdoor adventurers in the auto industry - requires a heavyweight Global Category Manager to head up their Global Storage Unit.
- Degree in Engineering or related ideal
- 10+ years in Product development and Management within Automotive
- Exposure to motor Roof Racks/ Storage a definite advantage
- Very strong Product-to-Market experience
- Global/International exposure
- Excellent Management skills
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including market research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch
- Strategic Product Planning
- Solid exposure to interactions with various company disciplines such as sales and marketing, manufacturing, and product development
- MS Office Suite, CAD or similar
