Job Summary

Degree in Engineering or related ideal
10+ years in Product development and Management within Automotive
Exposure to motor Roof Racks/ Storage a definite advantage
Very strong Product-to-Market experience
Global/International exposure
Excellent Management skills
Strong understanding of product development processes, including market research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch
Strategic Product Planning
Solid exposure to interactions with various company disciplines such as sales and marketing, manufacturing, and product development
MS Office Suite, CAD or similar
