With 25 operating sites worldwide, they combine state-of-the-art technology, reliable raw materials, and exceptional customer service to deliver best-in-class quality and innovation.We are seeking recently graduated Engineers to join their International Graduate Engineers Program.Join their International Graduate Program and embark on an exciting journey that offers a unique opportunity to work within a global structure and gain comprehensive experience across various engineering fields within the company.This position is initially based in Delmas.xf0x9fx8cx8dIt will be a 21-month program and you will relocate to Canada or the US within the scope of the program.The scope of the program:Year 1:
- Home Base Onboarding (Local & Global MT Onboarding) (3 months)
- International Assignment (Relocation to the US or Canada) (9 months)
- 1st Job Rotation
- Project Delivery to the MT
- Tech & Innovation Project Assignment, Onboarding & Initiation (3 weeks on site)
Year 2:
- Continued International Assignment (9+3 months)
- Continued 1st Job Rotation (9 months)
- 2nd Job Rotation (3 months)
- Project Delivery to the MT
- Program GraduationResponsibilities
In this program,

  • You'll be working closely with personnel at all levels to become a subject matter expert in departmental products and processes,
  • Installing and maintaining system BOM's & Routers for all products,
  • Supporting projects, as assigned, to help develop new products and/or processes,
  • Participating in the APQP process, approving new products and processes,
  • Supporting in modification of processes and products,
  • Planning and supervising the correct course of the statistical process control,
  • Working together with all the peers and customers,
  • Engaging and leading lean manufacturing activities focused on Visual Factory, streamlined material flow, waste reduction, and inventory minimization,
  • Generating and executing continuous improvement projects targeted to reduce waste, improve product quality, and increase efficiency,
  • Maintaining documented standards systems for the department,
  • Developing and conducting technical training for the furnace team as required for safe and effective operation,
  • Assume a leading role in process improvement as well as coordinating quality and cost-reduction efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in engineering (mining, mechanical, electrical, metallurgical).
  • Fluent English (French and Spanish is a plus).
  • International mindset or eagerness to be a citizen of the world.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across varying departments to implement continuous
  • improvement initiatives.
  • Six sigma, lean manufacturing, or 5S training or experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with quality systems and process optimization is a plus.
  • A first successful experience in an industrial environment (internship, work-study, graduate program) is a plus.
