- Staying abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on international placements.
- Strong understanding of global employment laws, visa processes, and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
