Are you seeking an opportunity to develop your potential and create a bright future in financial services through gaining workplace knowledge, skills and experience in lending and financing?If you are a dynamic, self-starter who is passionate about lending, financing, sales, client service and attention to detail, we have an exciting 12-month Internship available at iMasFinance, commencing in February 2025. Successful candidates will be placed at one of our regional branches and client service office in Steelpoort.Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes:

• Process personal loans, and vehicle financing applications as well as other iMasFinance products
• Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions
• Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability
• Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships
• Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals
• Resolve complaints received and manage customer service experience and service delivery
• Establish, retain and maintain relationships with existing members, customers, stakeholders and dealerships
• Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries from members, customers and stakeholders
• Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
• Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering

• A Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Management, or related.
• Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
• Driver's license is advantageous

• Must be unemployed and currently not registered for any studies.
• Opportunity is available to previously disadvantaged youth
• Must have interest in working in financial services sales environment
• Applicants must be available to start with the internship in February 2025
• Must reside in the local town or surrounding areas
