Our client is seeking to employ a Interoperability Expert on a 12 month contract.
This is a hybrid position and you will be required to use your own laptop.Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and/or work experience.
3-5 years relevant experience in interoperability of software is mandatory.
Experience in health information system management.
Experience on integration software function and establishing interoperability to bring together different health information system.
Understanding of healthcare workflow, data connectivity, interoperability principles & standards, and related communication protocols.
Experience in the development of policies and system for the implementation of HIS IT strategies.
Experiences to link electronic medical record with other HIS software.
Experience of providing trainings for health care providers on the digital health.
Experience in customizing digital health application to align with the needs of different health care delivery levels.
Installation and configuration of different digital health tools.Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct workflow analysis, needs assessment/requirement gathering, develop implementation road maps and define optimization strategies of Interoperability of various digital health information systems.
Will become technical interface for with various stakeholders in developing standards which serve for interoperability of Health information systems.
Accountable for documenting and tracking interoperability development & implementation technical flow, setting standards, implementing control mechanisms and following standard operating procedure.
Provide technical input in the development, customization, upgrading and integration, piloting, rollout, maintenance and use of Health Data Dictionary system (HDD)
Identify the current situation of eHealth infrastructure, connectivity and design mechanism to solve such barriers for interoperability implementation.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team in the development and implementation of interoperability including the development of standards, implementation guidelines etc.
Provide remote and on-site technical support and assistance in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of interoperability related activities.
Organize the collection, analysis, documentation, exploitation and dissemination of best practices and lessons learned.
