PermanentAn international logistics company offering comprehensive logistics services, including air and ocean freight, project logistics, railway transport, warehousing, cross-border e-commerce logistics, and customs clearance, that caters to various industries with a focus on innovation, teamwork, and commitment to excellence is looking for an inventory specialist to join their team.As the inventory specialist, you will be responsible for managing stock within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, transferring, tracking, and fulfilling orders.Minimum Requirements:
2- 3 years experience in a similar role
Proficiency in forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Familiarity with shipping and logistics procedures
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of safety standards
Ability to perform physical inventory and cycle countsDuties:
Overseas daily inventory receiving and stock take flow accuracy.
Overseas daily cycle counting activities.
Provide training to store and warehouse personnel.
Manage reconciliation and reports on inventory operations, adjustments, and completion.
Reports discrepancies and gap analysis to immediate managers daily.
Conduct and Plan warehouse Stock Audit.
Assist internal stakeholders with inventory movement upon request.
Maintain a high level of proper housekeeping practices
Assist in other areas within the warehouse operation (such as value-added services, pallet transfer, insertion of leaflet/instruction, etc)
Perform data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
