MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED



Minimum of 5 years' experience within Sales or an IT environment



Experience in Amrod environment or a similar environment will be advantageous.



Ability to articulate and interpret numbers and statistics.


Above average communications skills in English, both verbally and written.



Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).



Above average verbal and written English communications skills to communicate professionally with customers and internally, both telephonically and by email.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA



Participate in new build scoping sessions to analyse process flows and determine system feasibility.



Document and test build ideas through multiple scenarios to ensure system functionality.



Approve system builds once they are fully operational.



Log system defects and retest all scenarios until the system is ready for deployment.



Evaluate new Amrod offerings, identify areas for improvement, and present findings.



Escalate system issues and log tickets, ensuring timely resolution based on urgency.



Create process flowcharts for systems in Sales to visually present workflows to relevant staff.



Manage special projects with deadlines and provide feedback to management.



Perform weekend testing during system deployments as required.



Investigate staff and client complaints, as well as system-related issues, to determine root causes and document findings.



Compile performance reports for staff and managers, including recommendations and trends for improvement.



Identify trends in system issues and client complaints and escalate with potential solutions.



Collaborate with relevant sections within Sales, such as Training, to implement departmental improvements.



Supervise and oversee staff members reporting to you.



Share information and impart knowledge to address daily challenges.



Motivate the team to achieve targets while maintaining quality standards in a high-pressure environment.



Manage HR matters, including discipline and timekeeping, in accordance with Amrod policies and procedures.



Always ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.



Assist in other positions and departments as needed to meet operational requirements.
