ADVERTISEMENTInvestigator: Governance Surveillance and Enforcement (JG P8)Ref No: I070004Job Purpose: To monitor, investigate and enforce compliance with governance requirements and accreditation criteria.Required Minimum education/training.

  • B. Degree in Law or Commerce
Required Minimum work experience: * Entry-level: 1-2 years of legal or regulatory experience; 1 year of experience in investigations and enforcement actions in terms of the companies, close corporations or co-operatives legislation
  • Intermediate level: 3-5 year of legal or investigative experience; 3 years of experience in investigations and enforcement actions in terms of the companies, close corporations or co-operatives legislation
Key performance areas:* To monitor, investigate and enforce compliance with governance requirements and accreditation criteria in accordance with approved guidelines, operating policies and procedures and set norms and standards.
  • To make input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • To provide training to new staff.
  • To receive and resolve customer queries.
  • To report on performance and to identify and escalate performance constraints and any risks
