My client, a respected principal investment firm in Cape Town, is looking for an Associate to join their high-performing team of financial professionals.POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
The company has three main strategies, which include mid-market private equity, real estate and metals and mining. As an Associate, you will be responsible for financial modelling and analysis, deal work, term sheets and transaction processes.Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Qualified Attorney (legal Background)
• A minimum of 2-4 years post-qualifying experience in investment

or Leverage or Corporate Finance divisions * Experience in origination, portfolio management, deal evaluation and execution

• Robust valuations, analysis, and modelling skills
• Exposure in drafting term sheets and transaction processes.
