Job & Company Description:
The company has three main strategies, which include mid-market private equity, real estate and metals and mining. As an Associate, you will be responsible for financial modelling and analysis, deal work, term sheets and transaction processes.Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Qualified Attorney (legal Background)
- A minimum of 2-4 years post-qualifying experience in investment banking or Leverage Finance or Corporate Finance divisions
- Experience in origination, portfolio management, deal evaluation and execution
- Robust valuations, analysis, and modelling skills
- Exposure in drafting term sheets and transaction processes.
