Job Description
Our client is looking for candidate in the banking and finance sectorResponsibilities include sourcing deals, supporting business development, and maintaining client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
- Source and maintain client portfolio for deal origination
- Assist in business development initiatives and networking
- Independently manage project appraisal and resource coordination
- Support negotiation and deal structuring
- Oversee finalisation of legal agreements
- Graduate degree, preferably BCom in Accounting, CA, CFA, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in deal structuring and project management
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking
- Result-oriented
- Ethical judgement
- Interpersonal skills
- Teamwork
