Job Description
Here is an opportunity to cement yourself as a member of a high achieving portfolio management team - for an organization that offers investors unique insights and futuristic guidance to mitigate risk factors that could hinder the growth of their funds. As an investment Portfolio Analyst, you will be expected to work closely with management, offering fruitful portfolio examination services.Duties and responsibilities include:
- Portfolio analytics
- Client report back presenting
- Interpreting report results
- Recalculating statistics manually
- Data interrogation
- Ad hoc analysis
- Undergraduate degree (FAIS)
- Or B. Com, Business science, B.Sc. (Maths, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Physics) or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in investments.
- R, Python and Matlab advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
