- At least 10 years commercial real estate experience in investment sales with a demonstratable track record of success.
- Degree, ideally in property studies or commerce.
- PPRA Fidelity Fund certification.
- Keen understanding of real estate finance and valuation methodology.
- A motivated individual that can operate independently in a high-performance environment.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence, and an ability to deal with decision makers of the highest calibre.
