Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Vehicle Invoicing Clerk to join their team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing vehicle invoices, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting with the preparation of sales reports. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process vehicle invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update records of vehicle sales and transactions.
  • Assist with reporting and tracking sales data as required.
Requirements:
