- Conduct thorough trademark clearance searches and oversee prosecution processes.
- Manage the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
- Handle commercial and transactional aspects related to intellectual property.
- Perform due diligence investigations to support informed decision-making.
- Engage in IP litigation to resolve disputes effectively.
- Address issues related to counterfeit goods.
- Manage domain name disputes to ensure comprehensive protection.
- LLB degree.
- Must be an admitted Attorney.
- At least 3 - 6 years of in-depth IP experience gained within an IP team at a law firm.
- Intellectual Property certification would advantageous (Trademarks - Litigation and Registrations).
- Experience in all aspects of intellectual property, patents, domains, trademark prosecution and litigation.
