Looking for a driven Entomologist / IPM Manager to join a leading agricultural producer in Limpopo!Our client, a respected company in the citrus and mango industry, is searching for a skilled individual to lead their Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the health and productivity of their farms, while minimizing environmental impact.Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive IPM program for our client's citrus and mango farms
• Identify and assess pest threats
• Implement a combination of biological, cultural, physical, mechanical, and chemical control methods (minimizing chemical use)
• Oversee scouting activities and data collection
• Assist the Production Manager with export quality and compliance audits
• Ensure adherence to MRL (Maximum Residue Limits) regulations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar IPM role
• BSc in Entomology, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of IPM principles and practices
• Practical experience in pest identification, scouting, and control methods
• Knowledge of fertilization and spraying techniques
• Solid understanding of export compliance regulations (MRLs)
• Prior experience with citrus and mango production (advantageous)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
