Job Summary Hire Resolve's Client are looking for a motivated and experienced Islands Manager (Breakfast Outlet) to oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of their hotel. The Islands Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining the properties, ensuring guest satisfaction, and promoting sustainable and eco-friendly practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the island properties, including accommodations, amenities, and facilities.
• Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and policies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality teams.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain and promote the islands' eco-friendly and sustainable practices, including waste management, energy conservation, and wildlife preservation.
• Collaborate with local communities and vendors to support the islands' economic development and cultural heritage.
• Implement safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of staff and guests.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract visitors and increase occupancy rates.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hotel or resort management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of eco-tourism practices and sustainable development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
