Key Responsibilities:

• Foster excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationships.
• Deliver top-tier Galvanize/HighBond configuration, support, and consulting services.
• Provide advanced data analytics consulting using ACL scripting techniques.
• Conduct thorough software training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Maintain high-quality and updated training documentation.
• Stay informed about new releases, features, and functionalities to effectively train clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare meticulously for client engagements and manage all relevant documentation.
• Ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
• Identify and communicate innovative ideas or knowledge enhancements.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, strategizing mitigations before escalation.
• Maintain high productivity and meet agreed-upon time frames for deliverables.
• Complete all administrative tasks promptly, including timesheets, project sign-offs, and client communications.

Technical Skills and Abilities:

• Proven expertise in technical internal audit knowledge.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques.
• Experience in writing business rules for internal audit purposes.
• IT-oriented with excellent technology acumen.
• Familiarity with audit management software such as Teammate, BarnOwl, CURA, ACL GRC.
• Proficiency in SQL or any other programming language.
• Mastery of MS Office suite.
• Experience with Galvanize (ACL) software is advantageous.
• Certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Systems Auditor (CISA) is desirable.
• Experience in training or facilitation is a plus.

• Completed degree in Internal Audit (NQF level 7).
• Galvanize Certification is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal/IT audit roles.
• Experience in data analytics and audit management software.
• Proficiency in SQL or programming languages.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Preferred experience with Galvanize (ACL) software.
• Desirable certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Systems Auditor (CISA).
• Training or facilitation experience is advantageous.
