Friends call you a digital wizard, mastering desktops and networks effortlessly. Fast-paced environments are your playground, and your customer service skills are legendary. Ready to bring your IT magic to OneDayOnly? Join us for a daily dose of adventure!Responsibilities:Desktop Support:

• Install and set up desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and connectivity issues for users.
• Document issues and solutions for future reference.
• Help maintain the asset inventory.
• Assist with setting up and managing equipment for new and departing employees.

Network Support:

• Help maintain and troubleshoot the local network (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
• Monitor network performance and report issues.
• Assist with network changes or expansions.
• Assist in performing cabling and network setup tasks.

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and prompt customer service to users.
• Participate in IT team projects.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
• Follow company guidelines on technology use and data security.
• Show initiative to improve IT skills and knowledge.

Requirements / Skills:

• Relevant IT Certification/ Diploma in IT advantageous.
• Experience in IT/Networking is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be available full time August 2024 - August 2025.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have own transportation as travel between sites will be required.
• Have a keen interest in staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in desktop support and networking.
