Job Description
Strategy & Innovation (20%) - Define and execute IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and integrate emerging technologies.
Operations & Reporting (15%) - Oversee IT framework, policies, board reports, and governance compliance.
IT Governance & Risk (10%) - Ensure cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance with regulations (POPIA, GDPR).
Vendor & Stakeholder Management (15%) - Manage vendor contracts, relationships, and service levels.
IT Architecture (10%) - Define and maintain network, application, identity, and security standards.
Production & Project Management (10%) - Oversee IT projects, deployment, and change management.
Budget & Cost Management (5%) - Manage IT budgets, expenses, and financial forecasting.
Staff Management (15%) - Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, ensuring collaboration and retention.
Education:
Degree in IT or Business; relevant industry certifications advantageous.Experience:
10+ years in IT (prject planning, programming, system design).
10+ years in IT leadership.
Healthcare insurance industry experience is a plus.
Skills:
Understanding of Software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, budgeting, and business operations.Valid driver's license required.
