We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer in IT to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the industry, with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves managing, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless and reliable operation.Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 Administration, Desktop Support),Data Support, Infrastructure Support (LAN and WiFi), Router and Firewall Diagnostics, Cloud Backup Diagnosis and Support, Endpoint Security Diagnosis and Support, Hosted and on-prem servers, Cyber security.

• Design and install. Design Solutions, Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including servers, routers, switches, 365, Cybersecurity, and Network Management software.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT systems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Network Management: Oversee and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support to end-users, addressing complex issues and providing effective solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure all systems and operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT.

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. OR Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are a plus.

• Proficiency in installing and configuring IT equipment.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Environment: Office-based with occasional travel to client sites.

• Hours: Full-time position with the possibility of occasional after-hours support.
