IT Field Support Technician ICT
Cape Town - Western Cape - South AfricaAn excellent opportunity exists for an entry-level IT Field Support Technician based in Cape Town or surrounding areas.This mobile role requires:
- A valid drivers license, a reliable car, and a non-Chinese smartphone.
- A National Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
- With 02 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential, along with a solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and services.
- ability to install, configure, and repair laptops, desktops, and peripherals on-site.
- Familiarity with OHS practices and the ability to use various systems and procedures is expected.
- Effective administrative and scheduling skills
- The capability to train new users is critical.
- Preferred candidates will hold certifications such as A+, N+, MCSE, and vendor-specific accreditations (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark).
