Job Description
This position is based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The role will be pivotal in streamlining systems, ensuring the compliance & up to date status of software licenses, managing POS systems, handling data & reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT & finance with a keen eye for detail & a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of system integrity & efficiency.The position will involve:
- Systems implementation & streamlining: Optimization of existing IT and finance processes to improve overall efficiency & performance
- Software license management: Ensure compliance with regulations
- Data management & reporting: Develop ^& maintain reporting systems & ensure accurate and timely data collection
- Work closely with finance, IT and other departments to align systems capabilities with business needs & goals
- Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for any issues related to IT & finance systems
- 3 years experience in IT and finance systems management with a track record of successful system optimizations.
- Qualification in IT, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in managing IT systems, financial software, POS systems and data reporting tools
- Excellent compliance knowledge familiarity with software license compliance, data protection regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational skills
