We are looking for a dedicated IT Financial Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the financial operations within IT for one of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations within the IT and Telecoms sector and be committed to optimizing processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial activities. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain financial records related to IT and telecom expenditures. Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Perform audits on IT and telecom invoices and expenditures to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data for analysis. Support budgeting and forecasting processes for IT and telecom costs. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Assist with financial compliance checks and audits as required. Hold stakeholders accountable to their budgets through visible reporting on
Power BI and Excel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent Excel skills Oracle and Power BI experience advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of IT and telecom financial metrics and billing processes is a plus.
