Join a dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you'll manage, monitor, and maintain the Windows server operating systems, VMWare infrastructure, and Microsoft Office 365 administration tasks. Your expertise will be critical in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, supporting end users, and contributing to the success of IT projects.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications, particularly in Microsoft 365 Administration, are highly advantageous.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
- Demonstrated ability in Cloud Identity Management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows server hardware/software to component level.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Hands-on experience managing VMWare VCenters, ESX hosts, and virtual machines.
- Strong track record in supporting end users and endpoint systems.
- Experience in managing vendors and cultivating strong relationships.
- Commitment to delivering quality customer service with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Server Operating Systems on physical and virtual servers.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows Server and VMWare ESX Hosts issues.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 Administration tasks.
- Complete IT Infrastructure-related tasks for projects.
- Manage Helpdesk operations and prioritize support requests.
- Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Assist with hardware and software maintenance, including updates and patches.
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge management.
- Collaborate with IT team members, developers, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
