Contribute to designing and planning the transition in hardware and software infrastructure (if part of the BUILD domain) Service Desk (if part of RUN domain): IT support for users Continuity of service (if part of the RUN domain) for Operations (hardware and software infrastructure) on the day-to-day: o Network / Telecommunications: Cabling, Switches, Optimizers, Routers, Firewall, Proxy, SSL VPN gateways, WAN, Wi-Fi, Video-Conferencing systems, and others equipment UPS, AirCon, Genset, IoT o Systems: Servers (Windows/Linux), Data backup means, Business Applications, Communication and collaborative tools o End users: PCs, Thin Client, Smartphones/Tablets, Printers, Satellite phones, Scanner guns, Headset.

Job Function & Responsibilities: Ensure a ITIL MIS support process (single point of contact for helpdesk, ITSM ticketing, troubleshooting, logs analyze, reporting, Centreon monitoring) for users in the scope of work (if part of the RUN domain) Ensure production follow-up on a daily, weekly, monthly basis (if part of the RUN domain) Manage IT Hardware resources (see inventory and capacity planning in deliverables here after) Manage IT Infrastructure projects/major change in the state of the art: express of needs from users, planning of implementation (priorities), specifications book, tender, supplier choice, user acceptance test. Ensure capacity planning for IT Infrastructure Must be the custodian of the group norms and policies respect: Use only Business applications/MIS services compliant with BTL IT catalogue. Apply Bollore BTL security and licensing policies. Manage IT Infrastructure related contracts and SLA: Review suppliers contracts making sure they are in accordance with BTL requirements, meeting our expectations. Eventually apply the penalties for noncompliancy (if part of the RUN domain) Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations. Ensure IT Infrastructure management is compliant with ISO processes, ITIL processes and QHSE processes. Techno watch, anticipate new technologies.

Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science ITIL foundations certified advantage Microsoft Active Directory DHCP, DNS VMWare Version 8 (VCenter Knowledge) VEEAM backup, Knowledge of quantum and scalar technologies Cisco Switching and Aruba (Management) Centreon Monitoring, Managing hosts. FortiGate Firewall Management (Routing and Policing) Access Control management Network Architecture Design (WAN/LAN) & Subnetting VOIP solution Knowledge in network/telecom (Aruba certifications appreciated) Knowledge in VMWare virtualization technology environment would be an added value. 5 to 10 years relevant experience in IT Must be willing and prepared to Travel.
