My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team, to be based in CPTManage all IT Infrastructure operations in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Regional Offices, not limited to local office
Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all network related WAN/ LAN/ WLAN networks
Voice Telephony software and hardware (Current VOIP (Asterisk 3CX, Paton, supporting 120 seats)
Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, Apple Mac, Linux, Veeamware
Software support Desktop Support
Microsoft Suite
Cargowise One
3cx Telephony
Microsoft Server Technologies Virtual and physical
Cloud and virtualization environments setting up configs
Symantec
SharePoint
Sage Payroll
ERS Biometricsxc2xb1 2 years' experience as a Network/ infrastructure engineer
xc2xb1 5 years' experience as IT Support and administration
Experience in network infrastructure
Experience in local, wide area networks
System Configurations, setup, troubleshooting, planning and design, implementation and user support
Installation and support of Microsoft Server Technologies, Microsoft and Linux O/S
Support in telecommunications equipment, Paton, design, and servers (VOIP), (AV)
