Minimum Requirements
Relevant IT engineering qualification/certification.
Microsoft O365 or Azure qualifications preferred.
IT Helpdesk experience an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
Helps administer the service request queue and IT mailbox.
Installs and configures workstations.
Creates/amends/deletes user accounts.
Resolves Audio Visual equipment issues.
Resolves printing-related issues.
* Assists with general admin-related tasks in the department.
