Our client in the Higher Education industry is currently looking for an IT Lecturer, in Cape Town, Western Cape.Responsibilities:

Facilitate learning and development through lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for IT-related subjects.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet academic standards and cater to students' needs.
Assess students' progress and provide feedback on assignments and exams.
Assist in the design and review of course materials and curriculum.
Stay current with industry trends and developments to ensure relevant teaching.
Support students with academic and career guidance.
Participate in research and development projects within the institution.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of programming languages, networking, cybersecurity, and database management.
Prior teaching experience at a tertiary level is an advantage.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
