Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee the entire IT operations in South Africa, Dubai, and Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, security, and systems across multiple locations while ensuring seamless IT operations. Additionally, the IT Manager will provide leadership to the existing IT teams in Dubai and Kenya, who will report directly to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage IT operations across South Africa, Dubai, and Kenya.

Lead and support IT team members in Dubai and Kenya, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategies for efficiency and security.

Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud-based solutions.

Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data and IT systems.

Oversee system upgrades, software deployments, and IT projects across regions.

Coordinate IT support and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Ensure compliance with local IT regulations and international data protection laws.

Manage IT procurement and budgets.

Provide strategic IT insights and recommendations to senior management.

MS Office 365 admin centre.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams. Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking. Proficiency in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Experience with ERP systems, database management, and enterprise applications. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
