Job Description

The IT Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the effective use of technology to support the organization's goals. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, ensuring system security and efficiency, and providing technical guidance and support to other departments. The IT Manager will also support the organization's ERP system, specifically Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central - ERP), with general operations and report generation.Key Responsibilities:

• IT Operation, Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organisation's goals. Plan and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Support IT operations.
• System Maintenance and Security: Ensure the security, stability, and reliability of all IT systems. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial plans.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and guidance to staff, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
• Compliance and Policies: Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Ensure IT control findings are within an acceptable risk level.
• Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Identify opportunities for system improvements and innovation.
• ERP Operation Management: Support and manage the organisation's ERP system, including user access management, and reporting.
• Data Centre and Server Management: Configure an effective data centre environment to support business requirements, which will be includes server setup, maintenance, network architecture and operations.

Degree, Certification and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
• Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP).
• Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals.

Desirable Skills:

• Active Directory (GPOs, OU management, etc.).
• Microsoft Azure and Dynamics Reporting and Querying.
• Microsoft O365.
• Network Protocols and Architecture (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Etc.).
• Patch Management, AV and RRM.
• Workstation and Server Configuration.
