Job Description
IT MANAGER (Information Technoogy)
- MUST have IT Qualification
- MS Office
- ERP System exp SAP BPM
- Office 365 experience
- Solid knowledge of MPLS
- Vlan configuration
- DMZ's
- Good understanding of vrf's/routing protocols
- Solid knowledge of Network (N+)
- Good understanding of VOIP
- MCP will be an Advantage, but not Mandatory
- Ensure that IT user's a Relevant Companies' Computer
required levels at All times
- Training users on New Systems or Software applications
- Support to users
- Provide 2nd Level Network Support
- Ensuring Backups for Systems are performed
- Maintain/Repair equipment, including Printers &
- Managing Service Level Agreements
- Analysing and Assessing
- Helpdesk - Ensure all Calls logged on Help Desk
- Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
