Our client, an established leader in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Manager to join their Western Cape based team.Applicants should have a relevant tertiary qualification (diploma or degree) and a minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience managing a team. Certifications will be a bonus.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service desk as well as a team of service desk technicians, offering support to end-users. They will lead process optimization and keep practices updated according to relevant standards.A highly adaptable IT all-rounder with broad IT infrastructure knowledge will be ideally suited to this position.
