• Manage and control the full IT infrastructure.
• Desktop support.
• Maintenance of all software applications and related infrastructure.
• Network maintenance and support for all offices including firewall, telephony and internet.
• IT Asset Management.
• IT Risk management and upkeep of IT policies and procedures.
• Implementation of IT training protocols.
• Information Systems security management.
• Drafting new and maintaining of software and hardware infrastructure in all regions and divisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Officer, IT Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT security principles.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), and server technologies.
• Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing IT issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) will be an advantage.
