- Migrate & enhance the company's IT Event Management to ServiceNow ITOM
- Support & integrate monitoring solutions into ServiceNow ITOM
- Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for Event Management & Workflow Engine
- Develop & enhance ITOM solutions based on user stories
- Document, test & optimize ITOM processes to drive efficiency
- IT Qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- ServiceNow ITOM Certification
- 6+ years of IT Operations Management experience
- Expertise in ITOM solutions (ServiceNow, BMC TrueSight) OR JavaScript
- Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google), Linux/Windows, Networking
- Experience in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event Management)
- Automation & DevOps mindset
