A leading South African diversified mining company is looking for an IT Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg (Hybrid). If you have strong experience in IT Portfolio Management, Programme Delivery, and Risk Mitigation, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Main Function & Culture: As an IT Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for executing and managing complex IT programmes and projects across multiple business units. xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.Requirements: xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f In-depth knowledge of IT project delivery methodologies and IT infrastructure.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Experience in portfolio management, risk control, and programme execution.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Ability to assess and prioritize IT projects in alignment with business strategy.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for IT portfolios.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Key Responsibilities: xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Portfolio & Programme Management Establish, manage, and execute IT portfolios and programme objectives across business units.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Risk Mitigation & Compliance Identify risks, track recovery audits, and design business continuity strategies.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Financial Oversight Create integrated financial reports including budget forecasting and expense management.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Strategic IT Alignment Ensure IT projects align with business goals and drive innovation.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Project Delivery & Monitoring Lead complex IT projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.
