Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT clients, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
Source and engage high-caliber tech professionals (e.g., software developers, data engineers, cybersecurity experts, DevOps specialists).
Provide market insights, including salary benchmarking and hiring trends, to advise clients.
Use advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities, to find top candidates.
Manage multiple roles efficiently, meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
Negotiate offers between clients and candidates to ensure successful outcomes.
What Were Looking For
Prior experience in recruitment, ideally within IT or technology sectors.
Be a hunter. Generate new business.
A solid understanding of tech roles, languages, and tools (e.g., Python, Java, AWS, Cloud, DevOps).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Business development experience with a proven track record in client acquisition and account management.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or Stack Overflow is a plus.
