Job Description


  • Grade 12, BEng/BTech in Information Technology.
  • ITIL/ITSM and PMP Certification.
  • Minimum 8 - 12 years in managing IT service delivery of large client relationship (800+Seats).
  • The position is highly client-facing, so excellent communication and relationship management skills are critical.
  • Additionally, the candidate must be able to prepare and deliver reports to various divisions within the company, ensuring transparency and effective service performance tracking.
  • Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
