Minimum 8 - 12 years in managing IT service delivery of large client relationship (800+Seats).
The position is highly client-facing, so excellent communication and relationship management skills are critical.
Additionally, the candidate must be able to prepare and deliver reports to various divisions within the company, ensuring transparency and effective service performance tracking.
Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
