The IT Service Delivery Specialist ensures the efficient delivery of IT services by managing technical support, incident resolution, and system maintenance. This role focuses on optimizing IT operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring service quality meets business needs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance. Maintain stable network connections for both the company office and employee accommodation, promptly resolving any network failures.
Assist employees with computer-related issues, including providing technical specifications for new purchases, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, and coordinating repairs with vendors.
Support the installation and uninstallation of work-related software, such as SAP, VPN, and other enterprise applications.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to company office systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with enterprise applications such as SAP and VPN setup.
Experience in managing IT equipment and coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Knowledge of IT procurement and payment processes.
Experience in network administration, ensuring stable office and residential connectivity.
Prior experience in IT vendor management is a plus.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL) are an advantage.
