We are searching for a:


IT Service Desk Support L1 - (m/f/d)-100 % remote





The IT Service Desk Level 1 Support is the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.


Your daily tasks:




Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues. Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and access issues. Working & resolution of IT Service desk tickets in timely manner. Install and configure software applications based on company policies. Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams as necessary. Assist with basic user account management (Active Directory, email, VPN, etc.). Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.

What we are looking for:




0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role. Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise applications. Understanding of networking basics (IP addresses, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi). Languages with remote desktop support tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
