IT Service Desk Technician - Cape TownFull job descriptionRole DescriptionThis is an on-site contract role as an Information Technology Service Desk at our client. As an IT Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring customer service satisfaction. You will work closely with the IT team to manage and resolve IT requests and incidentsQualificationsProficiency in Desktop Computers and Technical SupportExcellent Troubleshooting and Help Desk Support skills2-3 Experience with Office 365 supportExperience in Computer RepairAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent customer service and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskMicrosoft 365 Certifications a plusAssociate's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information TechnologyExperience with remote desktop support is a plusTerm and Remuneration6 Month ContractSalary up to R20000pmJob Types: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 6 monthsPay: Up to R20 000,00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Do you have your own Car?Do you live in Pretoria?Can you start Immediately?Do you have office 365 support experience?
